Shipping Policy

Shipping (UK and International)

We charge a flat rate for shipping using trusted courier services to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Delivery Charges

Cost: £3.25. Orders over £100 are free of charge.

Estimated Delivery Time:

• UK 3–5 working days

• International 7-14 working days

Note: Working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

• You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details.
   

Delays & Issues

While we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally happen due to factors outside our control (e.g. weather, courier delays, etc.). If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, please contact us at helen@helenartscrafts.com and we'll help sort it out.
